We run the friendliest truck since 2014
Fork & Wheel started as one second-hand van and a family smash-burger recipe. Twelve years later we still do the same thing: short menu, honest prices, and food that comes off the grill seconds before you get it.

We post every stop on the schedule board each morning — Harbor Square on Saturdays, the office district on weekdays, and late-night pitches Thursday to Saturday.
Yes — order in the truck shop, then show your confirmation at the hatch. Your box hits the grill when you arrive, so it is hot, never held.
For 50 to 500 guests, yes. Send your date, headcount and serving window through the contact page and we will confirm truck availability first, then menus.
The Garden Griddle Plate and Street Corn Cup are vegetarian, and kids' portions are half price before 5 PM. Tell the hatch about allergies — we clean down on request.
