Book the truck for weddings and office lunches

Weddings, office lunches and big crowds — how booking the yellow truck works.

Office lunch for eighty, a wedding after-party for two hundred, a festival crowd of five thousand — if people are hungry, our hatch opens for you. Here is how booking the yellow truck actually works.

What a booking looks like

  • Pick a format. Hatch service for queues, boxed drop-offs for offices, or a late-night dessert board for parties.
  • Pick a menu. Three crowd favourites plus one vegetarian build — short board, fast grill, no hungry waiting.
  • We handle the rest. Power, permits for the pitch, bins and the queue flow. You just tell us headcount and time.

How far ahead

Offices: one week is plenty. Weddings and festivals: two to three months, especially May to September. Tell us the date on the contact page and we reply within two working days with a fixed quote.

September weekends go first every year — ask early if the date matters.
